DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, and local payment typically have lower minimums and maximums suited to mobile wallets. Bank transfers via online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment allow larger deposits. online payment and e-wallet fall in between. We do not charge deposit fees. You can make multiple deposits in a single day if you wish.

If your deposit does not complete, the money stays in your payment method—it does not reach pulsar. Check your bank or wallet app to confirm the transaction status. If the money was deducted but pulsar did not receive it, contact our support team with your transaction ID. We will investigate and either complete the deposit or refund the amount to your original payment method. This typically takes 3–5 business days. For withdrawals, if the transaction fails, your balance returns to your pulsar account automatically. You can then try withdrawing again using a different method or contact support for help.
